Overview of Meetings & Reminders

Throughout your journey with EVE Park, you will be asked to participate in a few appointments with our team to ensure your new home is built to your liking. You will be contacted  in advance by an EVE Park representative respective to each meeting to schedule your appointment. A meeting agenda will be provided 3 days in advance.

 STAGE 1 | Pre Purchase 

 
Purchase Agreement
 
Closing of purchase agreement between EVE Park homebuyer and sales team. A 10-day freeze period follows the APS sign-off, after which the following meeting timeline begins.
 
Location: EVE Park Experience Centre
EVE Park Representative: Sales Consultant – Sutton Group Select Realty Inc.

 
 STAGE 2 | Post-Purchase 
 
Unit Selections Appointment A | ~3 hours
 
Meet with the EVE Park design team to view all the standard and upgrade options available for your unit and start selections of finishes.
 
Schedule: 2-4 weeks after official closing of APS
Location: EVE Park On-Site Tiny Home
EVE Park Representative: Design Consultant – Pat Kadlecik.
 
Unit Selections Appointment B | ~2 hours
 
Continuation, review, and finalization of final unit selections with the design team. Timing and payment arrangements will be discussed.
 
Schedule:1-2 weeks after Unit Selections Appointment A (may vary due to availability)
Location: EVE Park On-Site Tiny Home
EVE Park Representative: Design Consultant – Pat Kadlecik. 
 
 

 STAGE 3 | Construction Preview 

Pre-Delivery Orientation| 1 - 1.5 hours


Tour of your unit prior to move-in to review all the features and finishes installed, discuss home care instructions and present all key items needed in preparation for move-in.

Schedule: Approx. 2 weeks before Occupancy.
Location: Your unit at EVE Park.
EVE Park Representative: Customer Experience Specialist - EVE Park London LP & Tarion Warranty Coordinator

 

 STAGE 4 | Occupancy 
 
Welcome Home Check-in 

Our team will reach out to see how your first days have been and answer any questions you have.
 
Schedule: One week post occupancy
EVE Park Representative: Customer Experience Specialist - EVE Park London LP
 
Primary Warranty Visit (by request)
 
Appointment with Tarion Warranty representative to review the key maintenance points and answer questions you may have about the operation or care of your home.
 
Schedule: ~30 days post-occupancy.
Location: Your unit at EVE Park.
