At EVE Park, we wanted to make sustainability simple, accessible and automatic.
Your commute shouldn’t be more difficult just because you want to do better for our planet. That’s why we chose to focus on clean transportation with an emphasis on Electric Vehicles (EV’s) and car-share programs within the EVE community - a simple solution to a cleaner commute.
At EVE Park, we have electric parking towers equipped with Teslas. These vehicles are available for private lease as well as car-sharing with other residents. The towers are also equipped with a variety of EV charging stations that are offset by solar energy. Every EVE Park community member has access to our on-site EV charging (and additional EV charging available at the ChargePoint Charging Station just across the street).

So, what would an EVE Park commute actually look like?
It’s as simple as ordering an Uber.
You login to the EVE Park App, select the vehicle you want or an available car-share, head down to the garage and collect your car.
Have your own vehicle to bring to EVE Park?
There is parking available in each tower for your personal vehicles as well. When you want to collect your car, you simply head to the tower and put in your code. Similar to ordering your favorite snack from a vending machine (and just as quick!).
