So how did we select our sustainable materials?
In order to be sustainable, materials should adhere to 3 key principles:From our Canadian certified engineered hardwood flooring, to the Canadian made quartz countertops and ceramic tile backsplashes; to the large energy efficient windows and even the premium water-saving plumbing fixtures - EVE Park takes a holistic approach to sustainable living.
Our goal is, not only to provide a simply sustainable lifestyle for our residents, but also to lower or eliminate VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) wherever possible in our townhomes. These indoor air pollutants that are common in many residential home builds can cause a variety of health risks. That is why we chose materials that are healthy for both planet and people!
