EVE Park is a the ground-breaking net-zero energy community designed to evolve with your future.

At EVE Park, we dismissed conventional suburban living and established a new living typology that seamlessly integrates nature with technology, optimizing your way of living through sustainable solutions. The result is an new and innovative community that holds  eco-conscious suites with wide-angle views, shared community spaces, and a forward-thinking approach to electric vehicle transportation.

The vision behind EVE Park derived from wanting to make a deep impact by tackling three important issues.
 
The importance of net-zero energy, electric transportation and a sustainable lifestyle was considered in every aspect of the design to ultimately deliver an extraordinary living experience for the thoughtful people like you who will call EVE Park their home. 
Net Zero Energy
 
Efficiency is the cornerstone of our design approach. A Net-Zero community produces the equivalent the energy consumed - creating to a carbon-neutral home. We believe the world will be a better, cleaner, and healthier place when we make the shift to more sustainable and renewable energy sources.
Smart Transportation
 
Our cars stay parked over 95% of the time and contribute to 25% of our emissions. They dictate how we design our day-to-day life — that's a problem. So, we issued ourselves a challenge to design a community where residents "live in a park, not a parking lot."
Sustainable Lifestyle
 
The most important impact will be made by melding together all these components and introducing EVE Park residents to a more thoughtful and greener lifestyle that is effortless. An EVE Park resident will be given the opportunity to consume less, prioritize a low-carbon footprint and become a part of a tight-knit community of likeminded members.
