There is visitor parking located on the private road in front of EVE Park.
 
At minimum 8 spaces will be available, with 2 accessible parking spaces. At this time, no parking permit is required and all EVE Park residents have equal access to these Visitor Parking spaces.  The Visitor Parking will be managed by the Condominium Corporation.
 
Visitor Parking Rules (Proposed)

  • Visitors must report the make model and license plate of any vehicle staying overnight to the Property Manager prior to their stay.

  • Visitors who are staying for an extended stay must have the permission of the Property Manager prior to their stay.

  • No visitor will be allowed to stay for more than 3 consecutive nights in the same week.

  • Visitor parking is limited to 12 times per month for the same registered vehicle.
